1.1. In order to schedule or book any project, a non-refundable deposit (“Deposit”) must be paid into the Company’s nominated account. No booking shall be confirmed, and no work shall be scheduled, until the Deposit has been received in full.
1.2. Acceptance of the estimation is deemed to occur upon payment of a non-refundable Deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated price.
1.3. The remaining balance of the estimated price, together with any additional charges for extra unforeseen work requested or required beyond the original estimation, must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection of the completed goods.
2.1. Due to the inherent nature of upholstery work, certain conditions, defects, or structural issues may only become apparent upon removal of existing upholstery materials.
2.2. Should any unforeseen issues arise during the course of the work, the Company shall notify the Client and advise on the most appropriate method to address or rectify such issues.
2.3. Any variation to the original scope of work—including changes in materials, labour, repair methods, or additional work—may result in extra costs. The Client will be advised of any such variations.
2.4. Should the Client cancel the booking, cancel the scheduled work, or elect not to proceed at any stage, for any reason, the Deposit shall be forfeited in full and is strictly non-refundable.
3.1. All estimations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date stated on the estimation, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
3.2. If the Client does not accept the estimation within the validity period and the Client’s furniture or property remains on the Company’s premises, the Client must arrange for immediate removal of such property.
3.3. Failure by the Client to remove the furniture or property within seven (7) days following either (a) the expiration of the estimation’s validity period, or (b) the cancellation of the project—whichever occurs first—shall incur a storage fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day. Such fee shall commence on the eighth (8th) day and shall continue to accrue daily until the furniture or property has been removed in full.
